These terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any product you order from us. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
Products and descriptions
We take care to describe and price our products accurately. Please note:
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown in your basket before you pay.
- Bag sizes, weights and capacities are supplied by the manufacturer and are approximate.
- Colours on screen depend on your device and may differ slightly from the bag and thread colours you receive.
- The on-screen embroidery preview is a close guide, not an exact image of the stitched result.
- All products are subject to availability. If a bag or colour is unavailable we will tell you as soon as possible and offer an alternative of equal or higher value, or a full refund.
Personalisation
- You are responsible for checking the spelling, wording, font, thread colour, size and position of your personalisation before you order. We stitch exactly what you submit and cannot accept responsibility for spelling, grammar or design errors supplied by you.
- If your text or logo will not stitch cleanly at the size you chose, we will email you a proof before we start. By approving a proof you accept responsibility for any errors in it.
- We may refuse to produce personalisation that we consider offensive, unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
Logos and artwork
- You must own, or have permission from the owner to reproduce, any logo, design or artwork you send us. If a copyright or trade mark claim is made because of artwork you supplied, you agree to cover any claims and costs we incur as a result.
- The logo set-up fee covers part of the cost of digitising your artwork into an embroidery file. The embroidery file we create remains our property and is kept on our systems for at least 2 years for repeat orders. We do not supply embroidery files for use by other companies.
Your order
- Completing checkout does not mean we have accepted your order. We accept your order when we email you to confirm it.
- Products remain our property until we have received payment in full.
- Card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. Payments are processed securely and are handled in line with our Privacy policy.
- If we cannot supply your order we will tell you and refund any payment in full as soon as possible.
- Every bag is made to order and we start work straight away, so orders are treated as final once confirmed. We will try to help with changes or cancellations but cannot guarantee them.
Making and delivery
- Each bag is embroidered or printed in house for you, so please allow up to 5 working days from your order to dispatch.
- Standard UK delivery is £4.65, or free on orders of £60 or more, and FedEx next working day delivery is £7.50. Delivery times are counted from the day we dispatch your order, not the day you order.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, failed delivery attempts or other events outside our control, but we will keep you informed.
Returns, faults and damage
- Personalised products are made to your specification, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Unpersonalised bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. Please contact us first.
- Please report any fault within 3 working days of receiving your order and we will put it right.
- If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or tell us immediately. If damage is only visible after opening, tell us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.

We take reasonable steps to keep this website free of viruses but cannot guarantee it. You are responsible for protecting your own device and any account password. Pictures and videos on this website are used to show our products and services; where they come from other sources we do not claim ownership of them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, income or data, arising from your use of this website or our products.
Third party rights and law
Only you and we may enforce these terms. No third party has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
