Delivery & returns
| Made to order | Each bag is embroidered or printed in house for you, so please allow up to 5 working days from your order to dispatch. |
| Standard UK delivery | £4.65, or free on orders of £60 or more. Usually 2–3 working days from the day we ship. |
| FedEx next working day | £7.50. Delivered the next working day after we ship, not the day after you order. |
| Delivery times | All delivery times are counted from dispatch. We email you a tracking link when your bag leaves our studio. |
| Returns | Personalised items are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless faulty. Unpersonalised bags can be returned within 14 days. |
| Proofs | If your text won't stitch cleanly at the size you chose, we'll email you a proof before we start. |
| Thread colours | We embroider in Madeira Classic thread. Your order shows the Madeira shade number for every colour. See the colours. |
| Prices | All prices include VAT. |
| Bulk orders | Clubs, schools, companies and wedding parties can order in bulk with names or logo embroidery. Ask for a bulk quote. |
