What we collect

- Artwork: any logo, design or file you send us for embroidery.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact and bulk quote forms or by email.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
- Website use: anonymous information about how visitors use the site, collected through cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to make and deliver your order, contact you about it (for example to send a proof), answer your questions, and send you news if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each email.
Who we share it with
We never sell your details or share them with other companies for their marketing. We only share what is needed with the services that help us run the shop: our payment provider, our website platform, and couriers such as Royal Mail and FedEx so they can deliver your order.
Payments
Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
Cookies and analytics
Our website platform, Squarespace, uses cookies to keep your basket working and to record anonymous information about how visitors use the site. This helps us improve it. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Embroidery files made from your artwork are kept for at least 2 years so you can reorder. Messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
