How long will my bag take to arrive?
Every bag is made to order, so please allow up to 5 working days from your order to dispatch. Standard UK delivery then takes 2–3 working days, or choose FedEx next working day at checkout. We email you a tracking link when your bag leaves our studio.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £4.65, and free on orders of £60 or more. FedEx next working day is £7.50. Delivery times are counted from the day we ship.
How much does the embroidery cost?
The bag price is shown on each product, then you choose your embroidery size: 3–4″ for £7.50 or 5–6″ for £9.50. All prices include VAT.
Which fonts and thread colours can I choose?
Fourteen embroidery fonts, three monogram styles and 36 Madeira Classic thread colours. The Madeira shade number is printed on your order so the colour is exact. See the fonts and threads.
Will I see a proof before you stitch?
If your text won't stitch cleanly at the size you chose, we'll email you a proof before we start, so nothing is stitched until it's right.
Can I return a personalised bag?
Personalised bags are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless faulty. Bags without personalisation can be returned within 14 days. Delivery & returns.
Can I add a logo or order for a group?
Yes. Clubs, schools, companies, weddings and hen parties can mix names on every bag, add a logo, or both. Tell us the bag, how many, and the date you need them, and we'll quote. Ask for a bulk quote.
Where are the bags embroidered?
Every design is digitised and embroidered in our London studio, then packed and shipped from there.
